How to Exercise Your Rights

All requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Provider through the contact details provided in this document. Requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed by the Provider as early as possible and always within one month, and the Users will be provided with the information required by law. Any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing 1 will be communicated by the Provider to each recipient, if any, to whom the personal data have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
